Product properties:
IOTA 6ND50 silicone resin is a solvent-free liquid silicone resin containing alkoxy groups, silicone hydroxyl groups and other reactive groups. IOTA 6ND50 can be cured by heating and can be used in high-temperature resistant coatings, aerospace, electronics and electrical fields. IOTA 6ND50 resin can be used for hydrophobic treatment on the surface of glass fiber and surface treatment of plastic laminates, which can greatly improve the quality of the products. The heat distortion temperature improves the mechanical properties, electrical properties and processing properties of the product. It can also be used as a cross-linking agent for room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, a treatment agent for fiberglass and reinforced plastic laminates, and a coupling agent for inorganic fillers such as silica.

Curing method:
Thermal curing (after being placed at room temperature for 4 hours, it is cured at 160°C and normal pressure for 6 hours. The curing is complete and a high-transparency, smooth, dense and hard film can be obtained)

Store in a cool place (stable in nature, can be stored in a cool place for >6 months)
Applications:
It can be used for hydrophobic treatment of glass fiber surface and surface treatment of plastic laminated products, which can greatly improve the heat deformation temperature of products, and improve the mechanical properties, electrical properties and processing properties of products. It can also be used as a crosslinking agent for room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, a treatment agent for glass fiber and reinforced plastic laminated products, and a coupling agent for inorganic fillers such as silica.
Mixed with 107 silicone rubber to prepare high-strength room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber: 107 glue (5000~20000mPa·s) is used in an amount of 100 parts, ND50 resin is used in an amount of 35~50 parts, and the catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate, the amount is 0.05~0.1 parts
