Processing suggestions
It is recommended to use 0.6%-1% of bis (2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis (tert butylperoxy) hexane as a curing agent. Customers should determine the most suitable vulcanization temperature and time based on product size and vulcanization method.
Advantage
1. Wide temperature range for use (-60 ºC~200 ºC);
2. Excellent oil resistance, solvent resistance, and chemical medium resistance;
3. Good strength and resilience;
4. Good insulation;
5. Good breathability.
Application:
1.Aviation industry: as fuel oil and lubricating oil resistant seals/contacts on aircraft.
2.Automotive industry: various types of vehicle sealing rings, oil seals, diaphragms, conduits, valve linings, etc.
3.Petrochemistry industry: sealing components for equipment such as pumps, valves, and oil tanks that are resistant to high temperature, low temperature, and chemical attack.
4.Medical and health department: medical devices and artificial organs
5. harsh applications that require low temperature/oil/acid resistance in the environment.
Package
20KG/carton, lined with plastic bags.
Storage
This product has cold flow properties, so the packaging bag should be avoided from being damaged during transportation and use. Store in a cool and dry environment, shelf life period of 12 months.
What is fluorosilicone rubber?
Fluorosilicone rubber is a special rubber material made from a mixture of fluorosilane and silane. It has excellent high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and electrical insulation properties.
What are the characteristics of fluorosilicone rubber?
High temperature resistance: Able to maintain stability in high temperature environments, typically withstanding temperatures up to 200°C to 300°C.
Chemical corrosion resistance: It has excellent chemical stability and good resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, etc.
Weather resistance: Resistant to the effects of sunlight, oxidation, ozone and other factors.
Electrical insulation: Good insulation properties in electrical applications.
What are the application fields of fluorosilicone rubber?
Aerospace: Used to manufacture seals and components in high-temperature environments such as aircraft, rockets and satellites.
Automotive industry: used for sealing and wear-resistant parts in automobile engines, exhaust systems and other high-temperature environments.
Electronic equipment: used to provide insulation protection and high temperature resistance in electronic components, cables, connectors and other fields.
Chemical industry: used to manufacture chemical storage tanks, pipes, valves and other corrosion-resistant components.
What is the difference between fluorosilicone rubber and ordinary silicone rubber?
High temperature resistance: Fluorosilicone rubber performs better at high temperatures.
Chemical resistance: Fluorosilicone rubber has better resistance to chemical corrosion.
Price and characteristics: Fluorosilicone rubber is generally more expensive than ordinary silicone rubber, but has better performance under high temperatures and special environments.
What is the processing method of fluorosilicone rubber?
Fluorosilicone rubber can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, calendering and forming to manufacture parts or products of the desired shape.
What are the storage and precautions for fluorosilicone rubber?
During storage, moisture, direct sunlight and high temperature environments should be avoided to avoid affecting its performance. When using fluorosilicone rubber products, contact with incompatible chemicals needs to be avoided on a case-by-case basis to ensure that their performance is not affected.
