First curing conditions:130 ºC vulcanization for 5 minutes.
Curing
IOTA-20series liquid silicone rubber will quickly solidify at high temperature.Curing time depends on thickness and curing temperature used.Contact with certain materials, such as amines, tin compounds, inhibits curing.

Applicaiton method
Components A and B have been filtrated and de-aired before delivery and are used by mixing them with 1:1 weight ratio. Meter mix equipment which pumps, meters and mixes the two components without the incorporation of air is strongly recommended for production. If air bubbles are entrapped during mixing the mixture must be thoroughly de-gassed under vacuum.

Storage
Products should be preserved in 32 ° C or lower temperature in the unopened original container.The storage life of this product is 9 months, and it can be used after passing the re-inspection.

After A and part B mixed, mixture at 25 ° C is valid for 48hours.
