Hydroxyl Fluorosilicone Oil IOTA- L-1001
This product is synthesized through the polymerization of fluorosiloxane monomers, with its molecular ends modified by silicone materials bearing hydroxyl groups.
Homopolymer structure
Copolymer structure
This product is synthesized through the polymerization of fluorosiloxane monomers, with its molecular ends modified by silicone materials bearing hydroxyl groups.
In addition to the general properties of methyl fluorosilicone oil, this product also has the reactivity of hydroxyl groups, which can be used to make some new materials or cross-linked into elastomers (or membranes). Medium-high viscosity products can be used to prepare condensation-type room temperature vulcanized fluorosilicone rubber.
Due to the introduction of trifluoropropyl group, it has excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point, low freezing point, and can be used for long-term use at -50ºC~250ºC. It has low viscosity-temperature coefficient, high compressibility, low surface tension, good hydrophobicity and moisture resistance, and exhibits chemical inertness and physiological inertness.

1. Used as a base rubber and diluent for condensation-type room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, such as the base material for sealants and mold adhesives.
2. It is an excellent structure control agent for fluorosilicone rubber, and its use as a substitute for diphenyl dihydroxysilane simplifies the processing of fluorosilicone rubber.
Store in a cool and dry environment, recommended not to exceed 35 ºC, with a storage period of twelve months.
This product is transported as a non hazardous material.
This product should be kept neutral and avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances.
