Polyester modified silicone resin IOTA 6072-50D
Description and applications
This product has excellent high and low temperature resistance and water and moisture resistance. It also has excellent weatherability and chemical stability. After the product is fully cured, It has high hardness (≥5H), high gloss, and good high temperature resistance to yellowing. PMA is used as solvent.
6072-50D can be widely used in high temperature resistant coatings, stain resistant coatings, anti-graffiti coatings, temperature resistant non-stick coatings for kitchen appliances, electric iron coatings, hair clip coatings and special coatings (such as replacing PVDF, fluorocarbon coatings) base resin, etc.

Viscosity: 40~100 seconds (coat 4 cups, 25ºC)
Acid value: 4~8mgKOH/g Varnish
Hardness: ≥5H (Chinese pencil hardness)
Curing method: This product is cured with high temperature, the best recommendation: 200ºC for 30mins, 250ºC for 20 mins. Adding 5-10%(against to IOTA 6072-50D) amino resin to get better performance, but it may cause slight yellowing at high temperature.
