Terminated epoxy-polyether silicone oil is a kind of doubly active organosilicone epoxy resin intermediate with epoxy group and polyoxyethylene ether chain segment at both ends and linear polysiloxane chain segment in the middle. Because of its epoxy group, it can be cured with amine curing agent, applied in epoxy resin additive, and is also an important intermediate for the synthesis of block silicone oil instead of end epoxy silicone oil.

Features:

As the hydrophilic polyether chain segment is introduced into the structure of epoxy polyether silicone oil, it is not necessary to use ED series polyether amines in the subsequent block polymerization, but only D series polyether amines, fatty amines, alcoholamine and other organic amines with lower prices can be used to synthesize block silicone oil, effectively reducing the raw material cost of block silicone oil;

3, in the process of polymerization with organic amines, the amount of organic solvent can be greatly reduced, the amount of solvent only needs to end the epoxy polyether silicone oil quality of 5%-20% can be carried out, the reaction generates a uniform transparent and stable high content block silicone oil, on the one hand greatly improve the application performance of the product, on the other hand effectively reduce the emission of organic matter;
