Vinylsilazane, also known as tetramethyldivinyl disilazane, is a kind of active silane coupling agent, colorless transparent liquid, soluble in ethyl acetate, toluene, cyclohexane and other most of the organic solvents, mainly used for liquid silicone rubber products in the fumed silica surface treatment.

 

Product Application

1. It can be used in the manufacture of silicone rubber, silicone colloid and vinyl silicone resin.
2. It can be used as coating additives, polymer modifiers, synthesis intermediates for drugs and agricultural chemicals.
3. It can be used as adhesion promoter for negative photoresist.
