High temperature resistant silicone resin adhesive IOTA 8400

Resin composition: silicone nitrogen resin

Ratio: two-component, A-base rubber; B- curing agent; A:B Quality ratio A:B= 100:6

The adhesive consists of two components: base adhesive A and curing agent B. When used, the ratio of A: B= 100:6 is added to the curing agent to mix well. After mixing, the operation period of the adhesive is ~30 minutes.

Operation technology

Specific process steps:

Appropriate amount of component A, according to A: B= 100:6 ratio to add curing agent B, stir evenly, can be coated.

The coating is carried out with a scraper or scalpel. The adhesive is evenly coated on the surface of the workpiece, and the thickness of the adhesive layer is 50~100 microns. In order to avoid the phenomenon of glue flow when the adhesive layer is too thick, multiple coating processes can be used. The extruded excess adhesive is removed with a scraper, and then the adhesive is fixed with a tooling.

The adhesive is cured at room temperature for 5~7 days, and a certain pressure is applied to the specimen during curing.

Store component B in A dry, cool place, and component A in a dry sealed storage.
