Description

The product is a heat-resistant peroxide curing solid silicone rubber compound for forming.

Great heat resistance

Great mechanical property

Can reach UL94V-0 flame retardant level

 

Usage

The recommended proportion of DCBP:1.2%

Clean the mill, mix the substances in right proportion in double roller mill until the edge of

rubber is not forked ,then add DCBP and mix evenly;

the rubber which has been added DCBP will become not available while placing too long ;

Applications:

1,the rubber ,after the mixing,if it keeps unused,it could be re-rolled in the mill after the verification of experiment; 

2,the whole process should be operated in ventilated circumstance.
