Cure inhibition Silicone rubber compound will cure in contact with most clean, dry surfaces. For adhesive  type silicone, electronic components need to be cleaned.

How to use

Mixing

Dispensing required amounts of Parts A and B into mixing container (10A:1B by volume or weight), making sure that you scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container several times. After mixing parts A and B, vacuum degassing is recommended to eliminate any entrapped air in liquid silicone rubber.

Pouring

For best results, pour your mixture in a single spot at the lowest point of the containment field. Let the rubber seek its own level. A uniform flow will help minimize entrapped air.It is recommended to use an automatic glue filling machine, and the silicone rubber does not generate air bubbles during the stirring and filling process.

Curing

Silicone will cure to a flexible rubber within 24 hours at room temperature (22°C-25°C) and the mold can then be separated from the original. High temperature cures fast, low temperature cures slowly. The best bonding performance of the adhesive silicone can be achieved after the silicone has been cured for 72 hours.

Storage

When stored at or below 30°C in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production. Storing material at warmer temperatures will also reduce the usable shelf life of unused material.Silicone rubber will precipitate during long-term storage, and the precipitate is a flame retardant and thermally conductive material. It is used after stirring evenly without affecting the use and quality.
