Product application:
Epoxy resin, silk screen printing ink, UV ink is high viscosity of epoxy resin system (epoxy potting glue, epoxy products, epoxy floor paint, electric resistance welding ink) and high viscosity of silk screen printing ink typical defoaming agent;
Brush type, wood coatings, wood coatings, thick coating, polyurethane coating in the hand brush thick wood coatings, polyurethane paint system with little amount can achieve good defoaming effect, suggest to add 0.01 to 0.03% (the formula ratio).
General printing ink, plastic, paint, PU, light oil is suitable for all other oily paint/ink system defoaming, it can add can rarely achieve fast defoaming effect, only general 0.03% amount can be.
Usage:
If using the solvent to be diluted before use, dispersivity of the defoaming agent will be improved, the defoaming efficiency will be improved, very convenient. In order to improve the dispersibility, generally choose aromatic and aliphatic department carbohydrates as dilution solvent, and antifoaming agent will be diluted to about 10% of the solution and then added.
Dosage:
