High-transparency mold silicone rubber

High-transparency fumed rubber has high grade of transparency, excellent physical properties & yellowing resistance and good processability. They are applicable to molded products and can be used in food contact grade products with extremely requirement for high transparency, such as: nipple, bite stick , etc.

Vulcanization condition: 175ºC× 5Min. Post-curing condition: 200ºC x 4h

 Addition of curing agent: liquid 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane: 0.65%.
