Application information:
1. RTV silicone resin and mixed silane cross-linked sealant improve the adhesion of various substrates, including glass, steel, aluminum, and concrete. When used as a silane based polyurethane polymer, SPURSM technology can significantly improve the adhesion of silane to a range of plastics.
2. Polysulfide sealant, added with single and two-component polysulfide sealant, provides good adhesion for various substrates, including glass, aluminum, and steel. The general dosage of IOTA 792 silane coupling agent is 0.5-1.0% of the weight of the sealant. The product has good dispersibility and can achieve cohesive delamination instead of interfacial delamination. It can eliminate the primer that can promote the adhesion between the coating and the coating surface.
3. Plastic paste sealant, when processing plastic paste sealant (0.5-1.5%), IOTA 792 silane coupling agent can be used as an adhesive to replace polyurethane compounds and improve the adhesion to metal substrates. In addition to increasing strength, the appearance of the silicone modified plastic paste sealant is better than that bonded with polyurethane nylon. The modified plastic paste has a light color and no bubbles after curing.
