Description:
IOTA FLSR7435 liquid fluorosilicone rubber is a liquid polymer material made from ethylene based polyfluorosiloxane as the base adhesive, low fluorosiloxane containing silicon hydrogen as the crosslinking agent, reinforced with fillers, and vulcanized with platinum. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, oil resistance, and electrical insulation, and can be cured at room temperature.

Usage:  
IOTA FLSR7435 liquid fluorosilicone rubber is packaged in two components. When in use, mix components A and B in a 1:1 ratio by mass until evenly stirred, then degas the mixture. It can be cured completely after being left at room temperature (25ºC±5 ºC) for 48 hours.

Packaged in 20kg/plastic drums

Shelf Life: 
Store in a cool, dry environment in unopened original package for up to 12 months.

Precautions: 
Avoid contact with compounds containing nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus, and heavy metals to prevent incomplete vulcanization or non-vulcanization of the product.
