Product Introduction:
Long chain alkyl silicone oil is a new material which is formed by grafting part of methyl group of traditional polydimethylsiloxane with alkane group.
Molecular structure: (CH3)3SiO[(CH3)2SiO]m[(R)(CH3)SiO]nSi(CH3)3
Where R is an alkane group with more than 12 carbon atoms. Compared with the traditional dimethyl silicone oil, this product has the general performance of silicone oil (such as high and low temperature resistance, wettability, excellent flexibility, etc.), but also has many new functions, specific performance in:
1. With better smoothness and wear resistance, it can adapt users to make more lubricated products, so as to be used for more lubricated parts, such as textile auxiliaries, lubricating oil, grease, etc.;
2. Has a better compatibility with other oils. And this product and other oils used together to make the product, its stability is obviously better than the use of dimethyl silicone oil;
3. When this product is used as a release agent and isolation agent, the finished product can be printed, painted and bonded on the surface of the product without cleaning the surface, while the traditional dimethylsilicone oil can be printed and bonded only after being washed off.
4. Because this product is soluble in organic materials, it can be used as an internal release agent of rubber, plastic, synthetic resin, etc. Compared with dimethyl silicone oil, it is more suitable for use as an internal dispersant of several oil phase or solid phase organic materials, such as the dispersion of color materials, etc.
5. This product has good functions of moisturizing, smoothing and preventing dry cracking, so it is suitable for making skin care products.

Application:
1. Cosmetics: as a lubricant for shampoo and cream;
2. Release agent: as metal release agent and rubber release agent, especially suitable for release of polyurethane products, can also be added to plastics, synthetic resins and other materials as internal release agent;
3. As lubricating oil, grease or its main component;
4. Paint, coating defoaming agent, wetting dispersant, etc.;
5. Dispersant as color material and other auxiliaries;
6. Other unfinished and undeveloped applications.
Usage and dosage:
According to different application industries as an additive, the additive amount is used between 0.2~5%. As an external release agent, it is generally emulsified or diluted to 2.5~10% concentration spray or brush to the surface of the mold.
Points to note:
Storage time is too long has the tendency of viscosity to become large, avoid contact with strong acid, strong base substances, this product is a series of products due to the amount of graft materials and the difference is large, so should pay attention to the correct selection.
Packing, storage and transportation:
1. This product is packed in polyethylene plastic drum, the size from 5KG-50KG optional.
