Environmentally friendly solid resin IOTA GT6

Product characteristics
Pure silicone resin has excellent high and low temperature performance, arc corona resistance, electrical insulation performance and hydrophobic moisture resistance. It has excellent weather aging resistance, high mechanical properties, flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, ozone resistance and chemical stability. The resin is used as coating protection for various high-temperature resistant equipment and equipment coatings, high-temperature anti-corrosion coatings, powder coatings, insulation materials, weather-resistant coatings, inks and other special environments. GT6 has improved flexibility on the basis of GT5 and is used in high-temperature resistant products that need to resist bending. It has a high phenyl content.

Application
Used as high-temperature resistant powder coating or liquid resin. It can also be used with epoxy, polyester and other powder resins; such as barbecue grills, mufflers, exhaust pipes and other areas that require high-temperature anti-corrosion coatings, insulation materials or spacecraft, military equipment, etc.
Usage
A thermosetting composite system prepared by mixing silicone solid resin with fillers, pigments, curing agents, additives or glass fibers, and can be processed and manufactured by transfer molding, electrostatic spraying and solvent-based methods.

Packaging and storage

2. The product is stored in a cool and dry place with a temperature below 30 degrees and prevented from direct sunlight; the storage period of the original package is 12 months, and it can still be used if it passes the overdue inspection.
