Phenolic Modified Cyanate Adhesive IOTA R3600

Product characteristics: room temperature curing, short curing time, excellent temperature resistance, temperature resistance 400-600ºC

Product description: The adhesive contains a certain amount of solvent, the solid content is >75%, the product is white to light yellow, three-components, phenolic modified cyanate adhesive.

Application: Be used for rapid on-site treatment such as rapid sealing of metal parts and rapid repair of composite materials.

Packing: 0.5L~10L plastic drum or customized according to customer requirements

Viscosity: ~3000cp

Performance index:

Tensile shear strength at Room temperature > 2MPa

Tensile shear strength at 400ºC >1MPa

Curing conditions: operating time 5~7 minutes, curing process: room temperature curing for 1 hour

Storage: Should be stored in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of 1 year.

 

Note: Ammonia gas will overflow when the cap is opened after a long time stored. It is best to use it in a ventilated environment.
