DESCRIPTION:

IOTA  XPJ-122 is made of organic modified polysiloxane, a variety of active additives and other actives.

 

FEATURES:

IOTA  XPJ-122 is easy to disperse in the system, high temperature resistance, less dosage, fast defoaming, foam inhibition for long time, wide use. This product does not contain any solvent, it has high efficiency and small amount can get good anti-foaming effect, this product has no side effects, does not stick to the roller, has the advantages of low smell, no floating. This product has excellent compatibility, will not affect the film formation and will not produce shrinkage hole, fish eye and other problems.

APPLICATIONS:

IOTA XPJ-122 can be used in solvent-based, solvent-free system and radiation curing system, etc.
It has good effect to eliminate microbubbles in high viscosity of paint and ink system. Suitable for two-component epoxy system, self-levelling epoxy floor, oily acrylic acid, oily polyurethane etc. It can be used in epoxy floor, circuit board ink, glass ink, high viscosity ink, solderproof ink, screen printing ink, oily PVC paste resin, wood and furniture paint, metallic paint, oily lubricating oil, oily glue, leather paint, etc.

 

APPLICATION PROCESS:

General to the total amount of 0.05-0.5%, part of the ink system can be added up to 0.5-1%. It is recommended to add before grinding or at any stage of production. After adding, it must be stirred at high speed to achieve good dispersion

 

PACKAGE:

25kg/ 50kg/ 200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank

 

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, in case of frozen, warm the emulsion under room temperature. Avoid to heat up the emulsion directly. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
