    Description

    IOTA 9504 is non-ionic emulsions of high viscosity PDMS and amino-silicone oil. The product has good compatibility with cosmetic ingredients and surfactants in formulations. It is an excellent conditioning agent used in 2-in-1 shampoo formulations. The product provides silky, emollient feel on hair and shows good dry or wet combing performance. It's easy to add to formulations.

    Applications

    IOTA 9504 is an ideal ingredient for 2-in-1 shampoo and hair care products.
     

    How to use?

    IOTA 9504 should be post-added to the formulations. The process temperature would not be over 50°C.

    The recommended usage is 0.5-5% in 2-in-1 shampoo, 1-10% in hair care products. It is also recommended to carry out preliminary tests to determine the optimum quantity for particular application.
     

    Package

    The product is supplied in 50Kg plastic pails. Special package is available upon requirement.
     

    Storage and Transport

    The product is non-dangerous product. Prevent it from the moisture and the exposure of acids, alkalis and other contamination. The container should be strictly sealed after each use. It is valid for 6 months.
