IOTA XPJ 121 is synthesized by special silica polyether, fumed silica, etc.
Fast defoaming, good dispersion performance, especially not easy to demulsify after dilution, long time foam suppression, high efficiency, low dosage, does not affect the basic properties of the foaming system. It can be used for water-based, solvent-based/oil-based systems, and can be used in high temperature, strong alkali, high viscosity systems. It has the advantages of good compatibility, good effect of microfoam elimination , no extinction, strong anti-shearing ability and no floating oil. It is easy to disperse in water and it can dissolve well with liquid products. This product has good stability, good compatibility with various solvents, and is an efficient and cost effective defoamer.
It is one VOC-free silicone-containing defoamer, can be used in various epoxy, acrylic system etc, suitable for many kinds of ink, printing inks, industrial paint,overprint varnishes, finish varnish, wood paint, metal paint, architectural paint, aqueous high gloss emulsion systems, adhesives, glues and other systems.

1.It can be used for aqueous printing inks and overprint varnishes based on acrylate/polyurethane and polyurethane. Also for aqueous UV systems. 0.1-1% additive (as supplied) based upon total formulation.
2.It can be used for high gloss emulsion systems based on acrylate/polyurethane and polyurethane in the pigment volume concentration range 0-25. The additive is effective when used in all standard application methods such as rolling, brushing, spraying and pouring. 0.1-1% additive (as supplied) based upon total formulation.
3.It can be used for aqueous emulsion adhesives. 0.05-1% additive (as supplied) based upon total formulation
4.It can be used for aqueous glass fiber sizings. 0.1-0.3% additive (as supplied) based on the total formulation
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

SHELF LIFE:
Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, in case of frozen, warm the emulsion under room temperature. Avoid to heat up the emulsion directly. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
