Description
IOTA 96004 Silicone Resin Elastomer Gel silicone resin elastomer gel is non-emulsified siloxane reticulate copolymer, containing non-volatile low-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. This product provides comfortable and smooth feel and can be used as the thickening agent in the formulation.

Applications
This product can be used in skin care, hair care and sunscreen products.
How to use?
IOTA 96004 Silicone Resin Elastomer Gel could be dispersed into the oil-phase using simple mixing.
It can be added to the oil phase or silicone phase in an emulsion formulation, or post-added to emulsions provided the emulsion is viscous enough for the products to be dispersed.
For ease use, blending with dimethicone, cyclomethicone, phenylmethicone, fatty acid ester or hydrocarbon to reduce its viscosity.
When heating, the material should be processed in an enclosed vessel to prevent the volatility.
The product would become very thick or even lumpy after a period of time. This is normal and it will recovery to original state after slightly agitate.
The recommended usage level is 1~20%.
Package
Packed in 18kg plastic drum or 200kg iron drums.
Storage and Transport
It is a non-dangerous product. In storage and transportation, prevent from the exposure of moisture, acids, alkalis, the sun and rain directly. The product has 24 months shelf life at room temperature in seal-tight condition.

This product is neither tested nor suggested in the medical and pharmaceutical applications.
