IOTA Dimethyl silicone oil emulsion

Product Introduction:
Emulsified silicone oil is made of dimethylsilicone oil emulsified by anionic or non-ionic surfactant emulsion, it has good chemical stability, the use of manufacturers can directly add this product into the formula of cosmetics, to solve the problem of silicone oil is not easy to emulsify, easy to use.

Appearance: milky white liquid to semi-fluid

Solid content: 12±1% or 30±3%
PH value: 6~8

Purpose:
1. It can be used in skin cream, hand cream, skin cleanser, sunscreen, shaving cream, waterless detergent, deodorant, bath liquid, soap, hair conditioner and many other cosmetics.

Usage and dosage:
1. Dimethylsilicone oil is insoluble in water, and it is generally emulsified into emulsion with anionic or non-ionic surfactants when used. Emulsified silicone oil is a silicone oil emulsion that has been emulsified and can be used directly.
2. Add silicone oil emulsion (solid content 30%) into the cosmetic formula and mix evenly, other processes remain unchanged. Due to the different systems, formulations and requirements of various cosmetics, the dosage is not the same, and the recommended dosage is about 5%.

Packing, storage and transportation:
Silicone oil and emulsion are non-dangerous goods, packed in clean polyethylene plastic drums and stored at room temperature.
The emulsion is valid for one year, and can still be used if there is no bleached oil and no stratification after retesting.
