It is a series of two-component platinum addition type liquid silicone rubber specially designed for the application of health care products.Injection molding design.Can be used for human implants less than 30 days old.Tested for cytotoxicity, skin sensitization and skin irritation.
Instructions for use
1.Parts A and B of this series are mixed in equal proportions by liquid silicone rubber injection processing equipment.

Lot matching, precise metering and thorough mixing are required to ensure consistent results.
2.Curing
After the two components are thoroughly mixed, they are cured by heating. Cure speed depends on mold temperature and product size. Make sure that the mold tools and work areas are clean, and no other organic rubbers may be used on the same processing equipment. Trace amounts of foreign impurities can cause chemical poisoning and inhibit vulcanization. All metering and mixing equipment should be thoroughly cleaned. In polymer systems, such as
trace amounts of amines, sulfur, nitrogen oxides, organic tin and carbon monoxide will affect the vulcanization of products and should be avoided.
Usage restrictions

Storage and Shelf Life
This series is in its original unopened packaging at room temperature 24°C (77°F) from the label on the packaging
