Application:
This product is mainly used for the production of silicone resin, diphenyl silicone diol and methyl phenyl silicone oil. For preparation and other items, see phenyl trichlorosilan/e.
Operation precautions:
Airtight operation, pay attention to ventilation. The operation is mechanized and automated as far as possible. Operators must be specially trained and strictly abide by the operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear self-priming filter gas mask (full cover), rubber acid and alkali resistant suit and rubber acid and alkali resistant gloves.
Keep away from fire and heat source. No smoking in workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment. Avoid smoke. Prevent the release of smoke and steam into the workplace air. Avoid contact with oxidants. In particular, avoid contact with water. Handling should be carried lightly to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Equipped with the corresponding variety and quantity of fire fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment. Empty containers may contain hazardous materials.
Storage precautions:
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. Keep container sealed. Should be stored separately with oxidizer, etc., do not mix storage. Equipped with the appropriate variety and quantity of fire equipment. The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable storage materials.
