Product Description

  • Highest hardness Nano-coating in room temp. cured

    Advantages

    2.According to special technology and formulation, the coating hardness is up to 5-8H,the cured coating is resistant to scratches, stains, and graffiti, has good hydrophobic properties, feeling smooth and delicate.

    3. It's one part nano-coating, easy to apply and be cured, it's yellowing resistance with high gloss.

    How to use?

    Coating method: brushing, spraying

    1.Clean the surface of the material, sanding, remove the oil, to keep the surface dry and smooth.

    2.Coating by brushing or spaying.

    3.Heating will short the curing time in moisture.

    Notes

    1. The best performance can be achieved when the coating thickness (dry film) is less than 10um.

    2. Solvents such as ethanol and esters can be used to dilute. If the leveling is not good, adding an proper leveling agent to adjust.

    Package and transportation

    1.Packed with 25kg plastic drum or 200kg iron drum.

    2.Condition: packed in clean and dry container, sealed and kept in cool and dry place in 5-35°C.

    3.Transported as non-dangerous goods.
