Product introduction:
This product is a highly emulsifiable liquid defoamer, especially suitable for the polymerization process of low viscosity coating systems and emulsions.
IOTA XPT-118 is used as a fast-emulsified defoamer in pigment-containing systems. Due to its good compatibility, it can be added at any stage of the paint. It can be dispersed in an aqueous solution or an organic solvent. The use of polymer emulsions to avoid the generation of bubbles, the addition of polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution and emulsion polymerization of monomer degassing can achieve good results.
This product uses environmentally friendly surfactants, which are non-toxic and harmless and will not cause pollution.
How to use:
The amount of finished paint added (0.1-0.5)%, if necessary, can be increased to 1%. If the pigment needs high-speed dispersion, it is recommended to improve the defoaming effect in the adjustment paint stage.

Storage and transportation:
It is suitable for storage at room temperature. Do not place it near the heat source. Do not expose it to sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali or salt to the defoamer. After dilution with water, it can not be stored for a long time. It will not be stratified within one year. If it exceeds this period, there will be delamination and demulsification. It can be stirred evenly before use, and it will not be affected by the use effect. It will be transported as non-dangerous goods.
