IOTA 10501 release agent is compound by a variety of wax, and contents high solids. It is mainly used in car seats, headrests, toys and other PU Rebound.

Features:
It does not contain harmful solvents and heavy metals, such as alkyl phenols, amines, plasticizers, mercur/, cadmiu0 and lead. It reduce the evaporation of harmful gases in the progress of usage.
Very slight release agent accumulation in the mold.
The performance is good When it releases at the low- medium temperature,and the best temperature is 30-60ºC.
You can brush or spray at the operation.
It should be diluted with 7-9 times solvent in advance. Choose reasonable dilution factor according to the size of the gun caliber.
