Electronic grade silica sol Our company mainly adopts the sol gel process. Currently mainly used for:
1. Semiconductor manufacturing:
Electronic grade silica sol is used as a key material in semiconductor manufacturing processes, especially in chip packaging, polishing, and cleaning processes. Due to its high purity and good dispersibility, silica sol can effeactively remove surface impurities, improving the performance and reliability of semiconductor devices.
2. Optical components:
In the manufacturing of optical devices, electronic grade silica sol can be used as a polishing and cleaning agent to remove small scratches and contaminants on the surface of optical components, improving the transmittance and clarity of optical devices.
3. LCD display manufacturing:

4. Manufacturing of solar cells:
