The molecular structure of the new generation of terminal epoxy block polyether silicone oil has been specially designed and synthesized using a special synthesis method, so that both ends of the molecule have epoxy groups, and the main chain has polyoxyethane, polyoxybutane, and organic silicon groups. It is a silicone intermediate polymerized with a linear structure. Because it has an epoxy group, it can react with different types of amine-based substances. Compared with traditional terminal epoxy silicone oil, it has higher reactivity, which can greatly reduce the amount of organic solvent used in the polymerization process. The block silicone oil soft finishing agent product obtained by polymerization has a new structure and has better stability and hydrophilicity.
The new generation of terminal epoxy block polyether silicone oil is a new intermediate that currently replaces the traditional terminal epoxy silicone oil for the synthesis of block silicone oil. It can be used to synthesize block silicone oil with a content of 50-95% according to needs.
