Application: Hexamethylcyclotrisilazane is one of a common silazanes. It is a good
monomer for synthetic polymers. In the presence of hydroxyl, it is easy to open the ring
and copolymerize with a variety of monomers. It is widely used in synthetic rubber and
engineering plastics.
