Product properties:
This product has good water dilution, low odor, does not contain toluene and xylene, and meets the requirements of environmental regulations. Good stability, high-speed dispersion, acid and alkali resistance, heat storage, centrifugation, and dilution stability. Excellent film-forming property, rapid surface drying at room temperature, good wettability and leveling. Used in combination with suitable heat-stable pigments, fillers or metal powders, it is the most suitable base material for preparing 200-1000ºC high-temperature resistant water-based coatings. After full curing, the coating film has good thermal stability, excellent weather resistance and salt spray resistance. After full curing, the paint film has good hardness, toughness, wear resistance, impact resistance and chemical resistance.

Curing conditions: 200-280ºC 10-60min, the higher the temperature, the shorter the curing time. The best curing is 220ºC 30min or 280ºC 10min, the paint film has the best salt spray and chemical resistance under this curing condition.

The most suitable base material for preparing high temperature resistant water-based thermal insulation coatings, fire retardant coatings, heavy anti-corrosion coatings, thermal conductive coatings, insulating coatings, etc.
Operation process:
1. Paint: It is recommended to prepare water-based color paste first, then mix with water-based silicone resin emulsion;
2. Disperse all components directly until uniform, with a rotation speed of 1000~1500r/min, 20~30min, and adjust to the appropriate viscosity. Filter with a 200-mesh filter bag when packaging.
Notes:
1. Deionized water can be added to adjust the solid content according to needs.
2. Adjust the appropriate pigment-to-base ratio according to needs. The paint film with a high pigment-to-base ratio has low gloss and good heat resistance; the paint film with a low pigment-to-base ratio has high gloss, good salt spray resistance, and good wear resistance. You can choose a high pigment-to-base ratio paint as a primer and a low pigment-to-base ratio paint as a topcoat.
3. It is recommended that the dry film thickness of a single spraying be controlled at 35~50 um. The film layer is easy to crack if it is too thick. When re-coating, ensure that the previous coating has been completely cured.
4. When used for the first time, the temperature must be slowly raised to a high temperature environment to complete the secondary sintering of the paint film. Do not directly place the uncured parts in a high temperature environment, otherwise it will easily cause the paint film to burst.
5. This paint contains a variety of high-temperature resistant materials with different densities. Long-term placement will cause sedimentation. It must be fully stirred before use. After use, the lid of the packaging barrel must be covered in time to prevent the paint from crusting and thickening. The spray gun and brush should be cleaned with water in time to prevent the residual paint from drying at room temperature and affecting the use.
Construction process:
1. The paint will precipitate after being left for a long time. Please stir it thoroughly before construction. You can also add 5-10% deionized water to dilute it according to the spraying viscosity requirements. It is recommended to test it on a small scale first;
2. Substrate surface treatment: degreasing and rust removal. For large-area construction, it is recommended to sandblast, brush, and grind the surface of the substrate to increase the roughness and enhance the adhesion;
3. Construction: high-pressure spraying, baking after surface drying at room temperature or baking at a low temperature below 80°C to accelerate surface drying. Do not directly bake the wet film at high temperature, otherwise it will easily cause blistering;
4. Baking: It is recommended to fully cure at 200-280ºC for 10-60min, preferably 220ºC for 30min or 280ºC for 10min.
Packaging and storage and transportation:
Packing specifications: 50 kg plastic barrel.
This product should be stored in a ventilated and cool place above 0ºC, not exceeding 40ºC, and transported as non-dangerous goods.
Shelf life:
Store in a sealed container for 12 months.
