Silicon adhesive IOTA 839-1A/B

Description
The material is a RTV two-component pressure-sensitive adhesive. It has different properties from other glues (such as acrylic glues, natural glues, etc.).The differences include broad range of using temperature, r, conformity, bonging surface with low bonding energy and bonding properties.

Applications
Suitable for multiple surfaces of different substrates, especially working well for bonding on human being's skin (example of typical use: silicone glue bonded brassier)

Usage:  

Environmental Humidity	Below 30%	30%-55%	55%-75%	Above 75%
Mix Ratio	A/B=30:0.8	A/B=30:0.9	A/B=30:1	A/B=30:1.1
Notes	1.Well mixed silicone should be used in 10min; 2.The humidity in working place has effect on adhesiveness of the silicone; please adjust the mix ratio according to practical humidity to achieve best adhesiveness effect. 3.The adhesiveness will decrease when increase quantity of component B; On the contrary, the adhesive will increase

Spray the silicon adhesive on the item uniformly until alike surface color, secondly spray after keeping the sprayed item at room temperature for 1h, repeat spray according to above mentioned method until get the your required thickness ;Stick film after 6 hours

Handling precautions
1. Please keep the humidity of the whole working place between 40% to 60%, especially in winter
2. Too thickness silicon adhesive spray is not suggested, or silicon adhesive drop off and wire drawing will be occurred.
3. Closed inner cover of component B to avoid volatilization of active substance to lose reactive, so do those
distributing bottle. 
4. Material inspection according to related mix ratio based on humidity needed per time. Only qualified material can be use.
